Our Story

ProTrust Billing Partners didn’t start with a client. It started with a moment of clarity.

While working for a healthcare company, I visited a Primary Care practice that was doing everything it could to stay afloat. The providers were dedicated. The staff was stretched thin. Everyone cared deeply about their patients. But behind the scenes, the clinic was quietly unraveling.

Documentation requirements had shifted again.

Payor rules were changing faster than anyone could track.

The office manager was juggling billing, front‑desk duties, and compliance questions she was never trained to answer.

And the providers—already exhausted—were being pulled into coding issues they didn’t have the time or support to solve.

I watched a good clinic struggle not because of poor care, but because the system had become too complex for small practices to navigate alone. They were losing revenue they had already earned. They were stressed, overwhelmed, and constantly reacting to problems instead of preventing them.

That experience stayed with me.

It wasn’t an isolated case.

It was a pattern.
